My philosophy on health and exercise is that we are unique individuals, who are more than just physical beings. By removing the fears of exercise associated with gym culture and offering an empathetic approach to health and well being, one to one personal training can enable an individual to develop across the full spectrum of physical fitness. Understanding how the body works and feeling the body in movement along with sound nutritional advice and a balanced approach to exercise will allow the individual to make significant progress in their physical fitness and general health. Positive motivation and a non-judgemental approach will develop a positive mind set, which can help remove the obstacles in the way of our personal development. Exercise, diet, lifestyle, thoughts and beliefs can have both positive and negative impacts upon our lives. By working with the body we hope to unlock the doors to our true potential.
