You don't hire a personal trainer to coast through your workouts, so I make sure every session is an opportunity to raise the bar, while prioritising your safety and carefully considering the best exercise sequences to achieve a strong lean body, a positive and energetic outlook and a feeling of holistic wellbeing.
Speaking of which, that word - holistic - is really important to me. In my own personal routine, I incorporate weight training with mobility drills, high intensity interval training, Pilates, and yoga. In that way, I am able to bring the best of all the different disciplines into your workout, tailoring the balance and emphasis to suit every individual. I am also committed to continuing my research and development, adding to my qualifications and certifications, to pass on the knowledge and expertise you deserve. I always make sure you know why we are doing an exercise, so you have full confidence that every session is a step closer to achieving your goals.
