I try my best to live life to its fullest, as cliché as that may sound. But I have grown to learn that, in living life as you ‘love it’, more often than not, life will begin to love you, and in saying this, I believe that health and fitness is as much about the mind as it is about the body.
I get satisfaction in knowing that I have moved one step closer to being the best version of myself. So each and every day, I do just that! I get in the gym 7 days a week, and yes there are days when I couldn’t think of anything worse. I make sure I feed myself with nutritious foods, and I live life as I love it. Because I know that if I didn’t, then it would play on my mind, over and over again. Learn to free your mind and you open yourself to all the beauty life has to offer.
