Personalised one-on-one training is delivered in blocks of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour. Training is performed either in the Marble Arch/Kensington studios or in parks (weather pending). Sessions combine high intensity interval training and boxing work, utilising a range of compound exercises, to work the body universally. Ultimate results are achieved by raising the heart rate, and sustaining this level during training sessions. Not only is this paramount for fat loss and burning calories, but incredibly beneficial for strength building, muscle tone, and overall wellbeing.
