I'm Ben, and I deliver expert Personal Training at your home or at your local park. My expertise is sustainable weight loss and fitness improvements, particularly for beginners or those who haven't exercised for a while.

How it works

I always start with a full consultation, including lifestyle, health and fitness analysis. Then I design a programme to help you achieve your goals in the most effective possible way - whether it's to lose weight, improve fitness, or train for an event. My programme includes nutritional advice, plus exercises you can do between sessions.
