I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years in both the UK and Australia, as a personal trainer, and as a strength and performance coach.
I’ve gained many health and fitness qualifications during my 10 years in the industry, all of which enhance my knowledge and ability to provide clients with outstanding results.
I thrive on training anyone with a fitness goal from sport performance, strength and hypertrophy, fat loss, to those recovering from injury. I’ve worked with an array of clients of all ages, shapes and sizes with differing motor skill levels, as well as sports professionals.
I am available for work in Kingston, Twickenham, Teddington and Hampton areas or through BodyWorksWest in Notting Hill.
