I specialize in training clients from forty upwards, because I feel really great helping people from that age group get fitter and feel good about themselves.

My programmes are sustainable for long periods for health or fitness, depending what your goal is, and it's never too late to start.

I offer online and in-person training, or a combination of both and it all depends on what will benefit you most.

Personal training sessions are conducted at your home at a time that suits you.

My first Y.M.C.A qualification was in 2002 and this led me to the full Personal Training Award in 2003.

I then took my training to another level and gained qualifications from the C.H.E.K Institute. These qualifications elevated me as personal trainer to be one of the best.

As a C.H.E.K. trained trainer I believe in designing programmes that meet the characteristics of functional movement.

I worked at various commercial fitness establishments for a while then embarked on in-house training, which I find far more rewarding, as I can really focus on you.

So, what is online personal training? Well it's just that. instead of in-person training, for which I charge £55 per hour, you subscribe for a monthly programme and get all the benefits of personal training except the exercise part which you will do on your own or with a partner. All programmes come with exercise videos or pictures and full instructions from me, and last as long as you want, payable every four weeks.

Also, the exercises in the programmes can be changed to suit your level, and if you’re not sure about anything, such as how to do the exercise or equipment, you can contact me directly and I will send you a personal message or video on what you need to do.

You will also get nutritional guidance in the form of meal plans, which vary according to the type of foods you like. For example, there are high protein, high fat, and high carbohydrate, fat loss, muscle building and toning meal plans, which can also be adapted.
