I'm a full time firefighter, a qualified PT and an Advanced Self Defence Instructor that can help you achieve your goals, whether weight loss, muscle toning, general fitness, or learning self defence. No travel or expensive gym memberships needed as I can visit you and train you in the comfort of your own home, garden, work, etc. Your sessions will be fun and tailored towards achieving your goals and using functional equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags and body weight exercises for an effective fat-busting, muscle-toning workout that incorporates both resistance work and cardiovascular exercise. Sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on your requirements and you can include a friend or group of friends to share the cost and to motivate and support each other.
