I am a Sports Science Degree graduate of AUT University, New Zealand’s top tertiary Sports facility. I am a highly experienced Personal Trainer and movement specialist servicing Liverpool and its surrounding areas. I am passionate about sport and I am passionate about Personal Training!

I have been heavily involved in sport since the age of 5, playing competitive rugby to a Premiership Level in Auckland, New Zealand. I have also competed at National Level in Athletics, producing a personal best 100 m time of 10.98 sec. I have immersed myself in sport-specific training since the age of 17. As a result, I have had first hand experience at how to boost my athletic performances and overall power output in a competitive environment.

During my time spent training for strength and conditioning, I also explored many tried and tested techniques strategically used for hypertrophy, maximal strength output, and power output which allowed me to experience how human responses to exercise can be manipulated with the right knowledge and approach. These experiences have enabled me to build on my knowledge base and present a product that is diverse and effective.

I thrive on pushing my boundaries beyond what I thought was possible and on being better today than I was yesterday. I try my hardest to make this an infectious attitude towards training that can rub off on those around me.

As a coach, I have worked with the Auckland Blues Rugby Union Franchise providing sports-specific development for this dedicated and elite group of professional athletes. Along with my personal sporting achievements and development, I call upon this experience to provide a world class, professional service for all my clients.

For the past 13 years, as a Personal Trainer and Biomechanics Coach, I have been actively seeking cutting edge information from those in the industry who continue to challenge the boundaries of current Sports Science beliefs and practices.

I continue to conduct my own analytical research studies to help better understand the functionality and performance of the human body. You most certainly can expect cutting edge strategies from my world class training systems that challenge the expected norm but deliver on quality results.

I desire to shape every client into the person they want to be by calling upon my knowledge base and extensive industry experience to deliver a service that is second to none.
