Hello, I'm Amalia. A former corporate girl turned Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Nutrition Coach, and NLP Practitioner. My passion is coaching busy professionals like you how to consistently incorporate exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness into your schedule without it feeling overwhelming.
Although I led an active lifestyle as a kid including a stint at ballet school, once I entered the corporate world I definitely experienced challenges keeping on top of my own health and fitness.
Working long hours, stress, poor nutrition choices, sitting at a desk for much of the day, and finding exercise difficult to fit in regularly and consistently were just some of the contributing factors that led me to have a lack of energy, poor digestive health, and generally feeling stiff and achy from not moving my body regularly enough.
I knew eating healthily, exercising and doing things to destress would help me feel so much better. However, it just all felt a bit overwhelming and I really didn't know where to start. It was only when feeling at my most exhausted point that I made the decision that something needed to change.
By this time I was in my early thirties and had just been introduced to the world of personal development. This was the catalyst for me to start on a healthier path.
My journey started with small positive changes and as I grew more and more confident with my ability to be consistent, I would add another positive change and then another. The result over time was my fitness and joint mobility greatly improved, energy was through the roof, I was able to manage my stress levels so much better. I had found my health and fitness rhythm and it felt amazing!
Making these small positive shifts consistently absolutely changed my life! That is why over the past few years I've been committed to helping clients find their own health and fitness rhythm one positive change at a time.
