About
As an ex-professional sportsman, my career has involved all aspects of fitness, nutrition, strength and conditioning. My background has principally been in the sport of rugby union, starting in 1994 when I played for Bristol, before moving to Harlequins in 1996, and then onto Bedford in 1999. After a spell with Leeds from 2000 to 2002, I played for Exeter Chiefs, until 2005 when I moved on to play with the Championship side, Plymouth Albion.
My passion is in training and making positive changes to people’s lives. I love working with people and my aim is to make sure that you achieve your ultimate goal with a smile on your face, through laughter… and pain!
I’ve been training from a very young age and have experienced all its high and lows. I have amassed a huge amount of experience of proven training, conditioning and nutritional methods. I am now able to use this knowledge to help you to achieve your goals.
