Alexander Kharadi is a personal trainer and health coach with 15+ years’ experience, combining structured training with health coaching and lifestyle support to help clients make lasting progress using the MIE Coach model.
With a background in sport and a Kingston University BSc (Hons) in Exercise, Nutrition and Health, Alexander takes a whole-person approach by looking at Mental, Internal, and External factors that shape performance, recovery, and wellbeing.
Alongside strength, movement, and lifestyle coaching, Alexander also supports clients managing health conditions by building realistic routines, improving physical capacity, and focusing on sustainable habits (working within scope and alongside medical guidance where needed).
Whether your goal is to build strength, improve energy, recover from injury, reduce stress, or create sustainable habits, Alexander builds a personalised plan around your schedule, lifestyle, and starting point.
