A level 3 Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) registered personal trainer based in South East London. I’ve always had a keen interest in many sports, but my passion for health and fitness came when I turned 19 and joined my first gym.
I had no previous experience or knowledge about training and nutrition so began to research through reading and by watching training videos on how I could improve my physique and strength. Due to this lack of knowledge and conflicting information that’s around, results were slow and it took time before any noticeable differences could be seen. I began to look towards people who had more credibility and research to back up their claims, and through hard work and persistence, consistent results were obtained.
I now work with a variety of clients and age groups, helping them to achieve their goals. I use a simple approach to training and nutrition to get results.
