Alex Gede

I was a skinny 6'3 self-conscious guy who wanted to change the way I look and feel about myself. In 2013, I started training from home and gradually found the confidence to go to a gym after a year of home training. I put on more than 20kg in under 12 months. Soon, I was recognised by Bodypower as a transformation coach in 2015 after qualifying as a personal trainer. I went on to compete in various federations including UKUP, Fit Factor and others. My success naturally got me into modelling and acting and in 2016 I went on to win Mr Ideal Nigeria Earth and Mr Africa International First Prince. Some of my modelling and acting jobs were for the BBC and ITV and I was also featured in 'TOWIE'.
