I am a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, covering Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas including Bedford, Kempston, Bromham, Great Denham, Wootton, Cranfield, and Olney.

I know that for many people thinking about training with a personal trainer is a bit daunting. It might have been a while since you’ve done any exercise, you might have had other priorities or you might now have set yourself a weight loss or fitness goal that you’d like some help and guidance to achieve. Rest assured I am not a judgmental, muscle-flexing bodybuilder – I am genuinely interested in helping you to get to where you want to be. Everyone is different and so I don’t insist on certain exercises if you don’t enjoy them – but I do try to help you discover what you do like doing and what makes you feel your best. Many people feel that personal training may not be affordable for them but I do my best to offer bundles and personal training packages that work for your budget.

For a personal trainer in Bedford there are some great places to train – so whether you prefer being outside in the park, or you want me to help you in your local gym, or you’d prefer to train in the privacy of your own home or garden, I am flexible and we can work out wherever it most suits you!

Passionate about keeping myself fit and healthy, I take regular exercise combined with a suitable balanced diet. I gained a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Hertfordshire, which has given me an extensive knowledge of health and fitness and I am a level 3 advanced instructor of the Register of Exercise Professionals, with full liability insurance and first aid training.

I have been working as a personal trainer in Bedford for many years and through experience I know many people join gyms with the best intentions but rarely achieve their goals. My personal training sessions help you make lifestyle changes that are very hard to achieve without the additional support, guidance and motivation I can give.
