These changes are not just implemented in the PT sessions, but your whole lifestyle is adjusted bit by bit. Advice on increasing general levels of activity outside the actual sessions, tailor made homework programmes, support outside of hours via text and email, use of technology and social media as measuring and accountability tools are all included in block booking of 6 or more sessions. Marginal gains in lots of different but connected areas like sleep, lifestyle, work/life balance, nutrition, hormonal balance and activity levels add up for sustained results.
