Within my first 3 years as a fitness instructor it was clear that although members were attending the gym, it soon became a real inconvenience for several reasons and often ended with them not seeing out memberships or reaching their desired fitness goal.
With the launch of Aaron Howard Mobile Personal Training I wanted to change this and allow people the flexibility of location and training times that would fit into their lives. Also give guidance on how to apply nutrition easily into an everyday busy lifestyle.
