Graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Sports Coaching & Exercise Instruction, I have over 20 years’ experience in the Health & fitness industry, instructing group exercise classes as well as one-to-one personal training sessions.

I feel versatility is the key and I strive to familiarise myself with ever-changing fitness concepts, ensuring I am able to devise tailor-made exercise programmes for clients of all ages, abilities & backgrounds. I have qualifications & experience in teaching Aqua Aerobics, Spinning, Pilates, Fitness Yoga, Metafit, Insanity, P90X, Zumba, ‘Strong’ by Zumba, Kettlecise, Bootcamp Circuits, Piyo and Pump FX.

My goal is to help clients progress, reach their goals and, most importantly, enjoy a healthier and happier lifestyle!

I can offer Personal Training sessions in a fully equipped Gym/Fitness Studio environment, or in the comfort of your own home. I will also offer an additional FREE one-hour session with every block booking to keep you on track.
