Hello, my name is Hannah and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Nutritional Adviser.
Exercising personally changed my life when I was at a low, working on yourself, for yourself, is one of the most beneficial things you can choose to do. Not only did it help me grow in confidence, feel and look healthier but my mindset and mental health improved so much.
Whether your goals are to lose weight, build muscle, improve your fitness health, stay consistent with exercising or if you have an event like a wedding or holiday for example - I can help! Your goals are limitless and I want to support and help you achieve them.
I offer 1:1 Personal Training Sessions, I train my clients at a semi-private gym in High Wycombe.
I also offer my Online Fitness Coaching Service where I create personalised programmes in line with your goals and you can follow these either at home or in a gym whichever your preference is along with my ongoing support online.
I pride myself in creating personalised plans for my clients to not only work on your specific goals but they are made for you to enjoy & sustain your consistency with exercise.
I have a passion for fitness and want to share this with as many women as I can. Your physical & mental health are so important and they go hand in hand. I am here to support you, motivate you, keep you accountable and be your biggest cheerleader!
