I have a natural inclination to want to help people. Back in 1997, I took my first step into the health and fitness industry and I've been helping people ever since. Holistic health and wellness are an integral part of my life, and my passion for this is as strong today as it was when I was an eager student some time ago. Today I don't see myself as just a guy who makes people fitter or healthier. My aim is to help people change their lives for the better, and keep it that way.
I have experienced working in a variety of roles including personal trainer, fitness manager, and group exercise coordinator and instructor. This wide range of experience has broadened my knowledge of the challenges faced by people when it comes to changing their lifestyle. Not everyone is the same and I comprehend this. The needs of one client will differ from those of another and my approach is tailored to suit clients’ specific needs. I treat everyone as an individual with regard to both their diet and their exercise.
As a qualified nutritionist, PT, and massage therapist, I can offer a well rounded service to my clients. My approach is to determine your biggest barriers to change and help with that. Through proper assessment at the start we can work out what needs to be worked on and get priorities straight from the beginning. This may involve working on movement, soft tissue work, lifestyle changes and stress management, and nutrition. It's sadly not usually feasible to work on all these things at once so a sound plan is always needed.
