My name is Dani and I'm a Personal Trainer based in Bethnal Green. Whatever your fitness goals, we can make them happen together. We'll find the best way for you to train that suits your body & your lifestyle and we'll look at 3 important things: EXERCISE + NUTRITION + MINDSET.
Getting fit & taking care of your health shouldn't be a chore - It should be an exciting journey that you take on positively and have fun while doing it!
What we focus on will depend on your goals and your preferences. I run my PT sessions outdoors in local parks or I can travel to your home so you don't even have to leave your living room. I love working out using bodyweight and bands so you don't need any special equipment for our sessions. I also run weekly group fitness classes if you want additional workouts to add to your PT programme.
