I have exceptional training systems that get results fast. I design bespoke meal plans for maximum fat loss and provide nutritional advice, nutritional programs, and cooking instructions, especially if my client doesn't know how to cook.
I offer 3 types of packages: once a week, twice a week or three times a week. Predominantly, I offer 60-minute sessions, but 45-minute and 30-minute sessions are also available.
